Use Sample Data. You’ll need to download the sample data and run the Data Migration Manager to import the data.

Sample Data (On-Premise Edition) – This sample data works with CRM Online with the exception of the user records. Simply assign to users during the import then reassign if necessary.

Invite Users to access the organization’s CRM Online site. Here’s how:
From within CRM Online:
• Settings => Administration => Users => Select the “New” button. (The Settings button can be found at the lower left hand corner of CRM Online.)
• Select the Security Role(s) for the user you plan add and click “Next”
• Enter the applicable First name, Last name and E-mail Address (Windows Live ID) of the user(s) and click “Next”
• Select the “Add new users and send invitations now” option and select “Create New Users”
• Repeat these steps for new users
